We are based just on the outskirts of Waihola and have been making homestyle
preserves since 2014. As many products as possible are made from locally grown quality
seasonal fruit and vegetables. Some fruit is grown on our property (currants, raspberries,
strawberries, blackberries, plums and apples) but most of the stone fruit we use is PYO
from an orchard in Roxburgh so that it is tree ripened and fresh. Jams and jellies are
made using less sugar so you can taste the fruit in the product. Sustainability is always
at the forefront of our minds so we like you to recycle back to us our undamaged jars.
