L’Authentique was founded by French restaurateur Guillaume Desmurs in 2006. Working from family recipes, he introduced a true taste of France to lucky kiwis at markets and boutique outlets.
Their vision for L’Authentique is to produce a local range of the best French charcuterie – a range that is ethically perfect with no compromises, just as our French forefathers would’ve eaten.
Each product is handmade ensuring the highest standards. They are also gluten-free and contain no starch or flour. The sausages are unique and feature a coarse grind, fresh seasoning and an exclusive use of prime cuts of meat.
