Mushborn is a young and vibrant company established by Sahar Omidvar, Mousa Kazemi, and Kamand Kazemi in October 2022. Our company specialises in cultivating New Zealand’s native edible mushrooms such as shiitake, pink and grey oysters, lions mane, turkey tail, Tawaka, Ganoderma applanatum (artist’s conk), and more. Our team is passionate about cultivating these mushrooms because of their unique nutritional and medicinal properties.
