Items I produce/craft/create, have sustainability and Natural fibre at the forefront of everything when designing and making an item. My items on display will be… *Possum Throws, Cushion and scarves – Harvested local as pest control, in the Teviot Valley. Each item has the details of the harvester, property in which harvested, the maker , Elaine Booth and backed with 100% Wool. *Wool Bed Pillows and Cushion inners – Wool harvested from the family farm in Ettrick and made in Roxburgh.*Bespoke Coats and Scarves – Made of Woollen outer and linen/cotton/Rayon/Silk linings and woollen shoulder pads(Designed and Developed in our Roxburgh workroom) Bespoke Scarves are also one-off, Wool outer and selection of linings with a button closure to secure how it sits on the wearer. All Bespoke items are a one-off piece, choice of Wool colour and lining, tailored to your individual measurements, selection of current styles available. I am very proud of all items being made with Natural fibre and local wherever possible.
As the promotion for my stand and being my first as show exhibitor I will be offering free measuring service so that people if wish can take away their body measurements and go into the draw to win an item which will be drawn at the close of the show. I will then notify the winner by phone.
