Black Dog BBQ started in 2017 with a passion for great BBQ and passing on knowledge. Alongside our award-winning BBQ rubs and seasonings, we run American-style BBQ classes that teach both the fundamentals and finer points of smoking meat. Wedding catering is a big part of what we do, with relaxed, generous menus built around quality smoked meats and full-flavoured sides. We also cater corporate functions, private parties, and staff appreciation events, with the option to add a mini BBQ class or live-fire steak cooking for something extra memorable. Our award-winning BBQ rubs and seasonings will be available to purchase at the Wellington Better Home & Living Show, with show specials running throughout the weekend.
