Lacebark Larder began as a hobby with a love for gifting and making something special from simple ingredients. We create small-batch products designed to be shared — dehydrated citrus, infused salts and sugars, cocktail mixes, mulled wine spices, GINfusions, and artisanal chocolate — all made by hand.
We are inspired by seasonal produce, classic flavours with a twist, and the joy that comes from giving (or receiving) a beautiful, thoughtful gift. Many of our ideas begin in the kitchen, where we experiment with combinations, tweak recipes, and taste until everything feels just right. We love creating products that elevate everyday moments — a Friday night G&T, a shared platter, or a cosy winter drink.
Our favourite techniques are slow dehydration and infusion, which allow natural flavours and colours to shine. We work with whole citrus, quality chocolate, herbs, spices, and salts, keeping things as natural as possible and letting the ingredients speak for themselves.
Everything is made in small batches, where no artificial flavours have been added and we ensure that all the fruit is from spray free orchards, including our own. These are carefully packed, and finished with gifting in mind.
