For more than 20 years the Uniplan Group has specialised in creating transportable buildings for the holiday park industry. As the New Zealand housing market has become increasingly steeper, more and more people have enquired about residential pre-fabricated building options, seeing a gap in the market Manor Build was born.
Having many years of combined experience amongst our qualified staff and management team, we create affordable yet luxurious prefabricated homes at our factory in New Plymouth, then transport them over much of the North Island to their new home. We offer a great deal of choice on the design of your prefabricated home, you can choose a design to meet your needs with our contemporary designs ranging from two to four bedrooms.
We look after virtually everything for you, from initial designs and building consents to putting it all together and delivering to site. Our ethos focuses on creating high-quality yet affordable homes for New Zealanders in a fraction of the time a normal build would take.
