Scope View Projects has been successfully providing
design and building services in the bay since 2016. We have a
number of skilled employees and designers – producing
award winning designs while effectively
communicating with clients, contractors and
management in planning and execution of special
projects in time-critical environments. For the past 8
years we have completed a number of high-profile
construction projects. From Architectural Design to
Project Management and Quantity Surveying, while
also achieving outstanding success on the national
stage – winning gold for our design for Refresh
Renovations Conversion/Extension of the Year in 2023.
Our team are highly skilled with a full understanding
of the NZ Building Act and building regulations, and
knowledge of the evolving Resource Management Act.
