Our unique gourmet products use a specific variety of tamarillo grown in Northland by a small group of specialist Northland orchardists.
All products are gluten, diary and GMO free and contain no artificial preservatives or colouring.
Our Tamarillo Relish has a tangy sweet/savoury taste. Delicious on cheese and crackers, hot scones or to compliment chicken, fish, meat, salads, vegetarian dishes, pies, etc, with sour cream as a dip with tacos or chips.
Our Tamarillo Vinaigrette has a unique sweet tangy taste. Adds a gourmet touch to any dish. Superb drizzled over salads, meats, seafood, blended into marinades/dressings, sprinkled over strawberries and cream.
Our relish was a finalist in the 2016 Artisan Food Awards and won a Silver Medal in the 2018 Outstanding Food Producers Award.
Our vinaigrette recently won the Silver Medal 2020 Outstanding Food Producers Award. We export to the States and recently won the prestigious SOFI award in the Best Salad Dressing category.
Both our relish and vinaigrette won Gold Medal Awards in the 2022 NZ Artisan food Awards.
